Website content is provided for general information and inspiration. Destinations, properties, experiences, availability, and indicative prices may change without notice.
Travel enquiries
Submitting a travel plan is a request for Herons House to contact you. It does not create a booking, guarantee availability, or require either party to proceed.
Quotes and bookings
A booking is only confirmed after you accept a written proposal, agree to the applicable booking conditions, and make any required payment. The proposal will identify included services, exclusions, payment terms, and cancellation conditions.
Third-party services
Accommodation, transport, activities, and other itinerary components may be provided by independent suppliers. Their own terms may apply and will be communicated when relevant.
Intellectual property
The Herons House name, visual identity, website design, and original content may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
